1. Service Overview

Geneva Ski Transfers provides private airport transfer and car hire services across the Alps. By booking a transfer through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are made through our website booking form or directly via WhatsApp.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team on WhatsApp and your deposit is secured.
  • Please provide accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and flight details.
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.

3. Pricing

  • All quotes and confirmed transfer prices provided by Geneva Ski Transfers are all-inclusive guaranteed rates in Euros (EUR). Equivalent amounts in CHF and GBP are provided for reference.
  • Prices include the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, Swiss highway vignette, and ski equipment transport.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for:
    • Night transfers (10 PM – 6 AM): +10%
    • Urgent bookings (under 3 hours): +40%
    • Very urgent bookings (under 1 hour): +70%
  • All surcharges are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
  • A 5% discount is applied when booking a round trip.
  • Meet & Greet service (name board at arrivals) is available for an additional €9.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation with full deposit refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup location) are non-refundable.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
  • Provide accurate flight details for airport pickups so we can track your flight.
  • Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, extra luggage, wheelchair access) at the time of booking.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the transfer.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • We commit to providing a clean, heated, and winter-equipped vehicle with a professional, licensed driver.
  • We monitor flights and adjust pickup times for early or delayed arrivals at no extra cost.
  • In the event we cannot fulfill a booking, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or provide a full refund including the deposit.
  • Driver wait time is included: 60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes for other locations.

7. Payment

  • A 30% confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dedicated vehicle. The exact deposit amount is specified in your booking overview.
  • The remaining 70% balance is settled at drop-off. Payment accepted: cash (EUR, CHF, GBP) or card via payment terminal inside the vehicle.
  • Deposit payments (30%) are processed securely via Stripe online checkout or digital invoice.

8. Luggage

  • Each vehicle type has a maximum luggage capacity listed on our website.
  • If your luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, a larger vehicle may be required at an additional cost.
  • Oversized ski and winter sports equipment (ski bags, snowboard bags, boot bags, etc.) must be declared at the time of booking.

9. Liability

All our drivers are professionally licensed and insured for commercial passenger transport (RC Pro Transport de Personnes à Titre Onéreux). Geneva Ski Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible.
